The world is so huge yet so detailed. The grain of dust on my desk is there, as the galaxy GN-z11 is, 13 billions light years away from us. Kilometers of detail captures more modestly this vertiginous scale clash by mapping the ground details of Manhattan's sidewalks. Sometimes you’ll see a strand of grass growing in a crack, a dead insect, a piece of popcorn. All the details are there, they continue to exist and they fill the world, even when you look away.
